Ozmo Devices Secures $7.5 Million in Series C Venture Funding

Leading Provider of Wi-Fi PAN Solutions Continues Momentum

PALO ALTO, Calif – September 14, 2009 – Ozmo Devices, the leading provider of low-power Wi-Fi Personal Area Network (Wi-Fi PAN) solutions, announced today that the company has received $7.5 million in Series C funding from its current investors - Granite Ventures, Intel Capital and Tallwood Venture Capital. Ozmo Devices provides the world's first low-power Wi-Fi Personal Area Network (Wi-Fi PAN) solutions enabling high performance wireless connectivity between low-power peripherals (such as mice and headsets) to Wi-Fi-enabled platforms such as PCs, smartphones, multi-media players, and game consoles.
